Guy Finley is the CEO of Concept Design Group and is in his third decade working on the web. He spent five years at a Fortune 500 company designing and maintaining internal websites, some time at a San Francisco start-up, and had his own agency for more than five years before he came to CDG. He is indeed a man of many hats from front-end design to back-end administration, studies in UX/UI design, project management, product management, and is currently pursuing his MBA with Specialism in Marketing at the Edinburgh Business School. He is a Tai Chi instructor, dad, and also enjoys camping, acting, singing, photography and travel (especially Italy!) He lives with his wife, Jane, and their dogs, a Belgian Malinois and a Wachtelhund in Elkhorn.
Tara has provided General Finishes online customer support and helped develop GF website product pages, brochures, labels and video content for 4 years.
As Digital Marketing Research & Strategy Manager at Concept Design Group, Tara helps drive General Finishes online content strategy. Since studying Online Marketing at the College of Saint Benedict in Saint Joseph, Minnesota, she has completed hundreds of hours of training to expand her expertise.
Rachael is an artist with a background in Time-Based Media from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. She is the Creative Director and primary Communication Designer at Concept Design Group. With an affinity for innovation, Rachael has a deep understanding of how an audience interacts with media and continually explores the link between visual identity and strategic business thinking.
As a Designer and Communications Planner, Mikayla brings creativity and inspiration to Concept Design Group. With a focus on the customer, she takes pride in ensuring that the message is not only direct but also visually stunning. Mikayla designs assets for websites, communication graphics, and print materials as well as motion graphics and animations for customers. She also assists with data management, updating content on existing websites and platforms such as Amazon.
Jamie, a native Wisconsite, brings a deep bench of communication skills in both digital and print media to Concept Design Group. As a devoted logophile with a degree in Studio Art and English from Alverno College, she continues to hone her years of editorial experience into compelling, concise online content with strong SEO for CDG customers. When's not at her computer, Jamie can be found reading, writing, taking classes, making art in her studio, or walking her giant-breed dogs in nearby parks with her husband.
As a social media manager, Erin loves to create and enhance the online community experience. She has a passion for engaging and communicating with consumers and is focused on ensuring they feel appreciated and valued. She is proud to contribute her high level of organizational skills and team spirit to Concept Design Group.
Shawn has a Bachelor of Science in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He is also a Master Gardener, certified through the University of Wisconsin Extension Office and, in warmer months, spends much of his spare time in the garden with his fifty-million cats, who run around like wildlings on catnip.
Dom has been with the company since its inception in 1999 and oversees office administration. She brings a high level of organization and prompt customer service skills to CDG. Now that her children have left the nest, Dom enjoys spending her free time with her adopted pointer-mix, Gunner, and volunteering at the community assisted-living/memory-care facility where her mom lives. She also likes to trap shoot, work in her garden and, most of all, relax with a glass of wine at bonfires with friends.
